We had a nice Thanksgiving today at Bo's sister's little restaurant. The restaurant was closed, of course.

I am a 50-something wife, mother, grandmother, stepmother, daughter, sister, and hopefully a friend to all of the above and a few others. I was born in Texas and have lived here all my life. I love Texas, but I like to visit other places also. I enjoy just being outdoors, going for walks, riding my bicycle, studying theology, surfing the internet, cooking, and reading. I am a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, but do not go along with mainstream religion’s view of him, so I don’t like to be grouped with modern day ‘christianity.’ It leaves a lot to be desired, in my opinion. This is a blog about my life, thoughts and opinions about various things.
